Chris is the founder of Executive Properties Construction, a thriving general contractor company based in Grand Forks, ND. With over 20 years of business experience as an entrepreneur and leader, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Chris began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 18 when he started a small cleaning business called Grochow’s Janitorial. With his hard work and dedication, he was able to grow the business and acquire large clients such as Target, Menards, and Kmart. In addition to the cleaning business, Chris has owned and operated several successful businesses, including an eating and drinking establishment and a party bus company. This early success helped Chris gain the skills and experience he needed to start Executive Properties in May 2013.
Under Chris’s leadership, Executive Properties has become a trusted name in the industry, known for its high-quality services and exceptional customer care. He is deeply passionate about his work and is always striving to innovate and improve, ensuring that his company stays ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving market.
Chris’s past experiences have shaped his business philosophy, and he remains committed to fostering a culture where customer and employee satisfaction is paramount. He understands that without the success of these two components, companies end up failing.
When he’s not busy running his business, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exploring new places, and pursuing his hobbies. He believes that a balanced and fulfilling personal life is essential for maintaining productivity and creativity in the workplace.
Natalia is a skilled construction worker with over a decade of experience in the industry. Although Natalia grew up always around construction sites as a child, her professional construction journey began at the age of 19 when she started working with her father’s painting company. Since then, Natalia has traveled across six states, including Tennessee, Kentucky, Colorado, Alabama, Mississippi, and North Dakota, expanding her knowledge and skill set in various construction areas.
With a passion for learning and growth, Natalia has become well-versed in many aspects of construction, but her specialties lie in painting, sheetrock installation, flooring, finish carpentry, and detail work. Her keen eye for detail and dedication to quality work have made her a valuable asset to any construction team she has been a part of.
When Natalia isn’t working on construction projects, you can find her cheering on her favorite soccer team or pursuing her hobbies of painting and cooking. Natalia is also a proud mother to her adorable 3-year-old, who keeps her motivated and inspired to keep pushing forward in her career and personal life.
Mike Rader is a highly skilled professional who joined Executive Properties Construction in 2022 as a dedicated team member. Originally from Starkweather, ND, Mike’s upbringing on a farm helped him gain an early appreciation for hard work and the value of fixing and maintaining machinery. With the help of his oldest brother, he honed his skills and developed a passion for hands-on work.
After completing his studies in Plumbing Technology at Northland College, Mike gained valuable experience working as an automotive technician. He then moved on to a career in garage door installation and repair, where he spent a decade perfecting his craft. His extensive experience in these fields has given him a wealth of knowledge that he’s eager to share with the team at Executive Properties Construction.
Mike is excited about the opportunity to continue learning and growing as he works towards his goal of leading his own crew at Executive Properties Construction. He is committed to providing high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, and his expertise and attention to detail are a valuable asset to the team.
When he’s not hard at work, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors, pursuing his hobbies of hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. He also has a deep love for classic cars, and enjoys tinkering with engines and restoring vintage vehicles. Mike’s commitment to excellence and passion for his work make him an essential part of the Executive Properties Construction team.
