Chris Grochow: PresidentÂ
Chris is a native of Grand Forks and started Executive Properties in May 2013. Prior to that he was involved in a number of endeavors. From owning an eating/drinking establishment to a party bus company, he has been continually successful with his business ventures.
The highlight of Chris’ career is a small cleaning business called Grochow’s Janitorial he started when he was 18 years old. After many successful years and acquiring several large clients such as Target, Menards and Kmart, he was approached by Kellermeyer Building Services about a possible merger. In October 2007 he and his team joined forces with KBS. Over the next 5 years, he managed an 8 state region, 500 employees and $20 million in sales per year. In addition, he supervised the national account programs for Shopko and Gordmans as well as being the point person for Target Midwest.
Chris brings over 20 years business experience to the table. More importantly he believes in a culture where customers and employees always come first. He understands without the success of these two individual components, companies end up failing.
